Ingredients  Instructions 
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker (no ice) and shake well. 
  2. Add the ice and shake again.
  3. Double-strain the mixture into a glass.
  4. Sprinkle with dried raspberry powder and raspberries - enjoy!

  1. Using a small spatula, spread the marshmallow fluff around the edge of the glass.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded coconut on a small plate. Then roll the edge of the glass in the coconut to cover the marshmallow fluff. 
  3. In a large jug, mix the coconut milk, non-alcoholic tequila, coastal spritz aperitif, pineapple juice and lime juice. 
  4. Add ice to the glass and then pour the mocktail mix into the glass.
  5. Decorate with marshmallows. 
  6. Sip, drink and enjoy - top up marshmallow-ey goodness if needed ;)

  1. Add the Seedlip Garden 108, carrot juice, lime juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake over ice.
  2. Strain into a highball glass and then top up with ginger beer.
  3. Thread the carrot peel onto a cocktail stick and lay it across the top of the glass to garnish. To finish, add a few mint leaves and voila! 

 

Sparkling Pink Chick

Instructions
  1. Add the ice cubes to the glass.
  2. Pour the Cleanco G Rhubarb Non-Alcoholic Gin into the glass, followed by the cranberry juice.
  3. Top up with pink lemonade and mix thoroughly.
  4. Garnish with the mint leaves and sip, savour and enjoy!

A smooth, delicate and egg-ceptionally delicious Easter mocktail. It is gentle and sweet with a hint of warm vanilla and mixed with a premium sapphire and sage-infused spirit. Enhanced with a dash of lemon and rosemary scents, this mocktail will warm your taste buds with delight.

Ingredients 
  • 50ml Pentire Adrift Non-Alcoholic Spirit
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • ½ a vanilla bean
  • 1 spring fresh rosemary (for recipe)
  • ½ cup of water
  • ½ cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 x lime slice
  • 1 x extra spring of fresh rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Add the sugar, vanilla bean, spring of rosemary and water to a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil on a medium heat.
  3. Simmer for five minutes and stir occasionally.
  4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for thirty minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture into a container. 
  6. Add the fresh lemon juice and Pentire Adrift Non-Alcoholic Spirit. 
  7. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 2-48 hrs.
  8. When serving, pour the mixture over ice.
  9. Garnish with a lemon slice and a spring of rosemary.
  10.  Drink and enjoy! 

 

Caramel Choco Creme

(GF) 1 Serving

Super naughty but oh-so-nice, this easy, indulgent Easter mocktail is inspired by the classic caramel creme egg with a coffee cream twist. It's a luxurious and satisfying drink with a velvety texture topped with crushed caramel chocolate.

Ingredients 
  • 1 x can of Twisst Caramel Cream - Non-Alcoholic Liqueur
  • 3 x heaped teaspoons of hot chocolate powder
  • 50ml of boiling water
  • A handful of ice
  • ½ caramel creme egg to decorate 
  • A sprinkle of hot chocolate powder (to decorate)
Instructions
  1. Place the 3 x heaped teaspoons of hot chocolate into a mug.
  2. Add the 50ml of boiling water and mix into a chocolate paste.
  3. In a separate glass, pour the Twist Caramel Cream over the ice.
  4. Then, pour the chocolate paste into the glass and mix thoroughly into the caramel cream non-alcoholic liqueur. 
  5. Crush half of a caramel creme egg using a rolling pin and then sprinkle over the top of the caramel drink.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of hot chocolate powder, and indulge!

 

Peach Punch Float

(GF) 1 Serving

Perfect for a warm sunny day, this peach ice cream float will have you rocking and rolling in the springtime sunshine. Simple, thick and creamy, it’s a pudding in a glass. Watch your stress melt away as you reminisce about hazy childhood days.

Ingredients 

*Simply replace with vegan ice cream to make VGN.

  • ½  x can (125ml) of TRIP Peach Ginger CBD Infused
  • 125ml of peach juice
  • 1 x scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 5 x frozen peach slices
  • A handful of icecubes
Instructions
  1. Pour half a can of TRIP Peach Ginger CBD into a jug and mix with the peach juice. 
  2. Add the vanilla ice cream to the jug and stir gently.
  3. Place a few frozen peach slices in a glass, along with a small handful of ice cubes.
  4. Pour the jug mixture over the peaches and ice.
  5. Garnish with a couple of extra frozen peaches.
  6. Float away into a state of peach punch bliss!
